“never buy from this online scammer**** be aware of this scam , no phone number to contact . website run by machines . my daughter bought from them 5 time and sent back 4 time never got refund from them even ones . unfortunately i decide to check my account only recently , and i found out they never refund any money .although i have proof of all the returned stuff”

“Buy from here a lot. Delivery always on time and returns simple and never have any issues. Sometimes clothes can look cheep but 90% of the time good quality.”

“I was unable to track my purchase, on your website even tho it showed a possible delivery date, 2 weeks later the package wasn't delivered. I just stopped checking on it. I messaged you on Instagram and still have not received a reply. When my package finally arrived, one item was too small and one was too big. I am now stuck with them because I have no idea if you would get them if i returned them to you.”

“Great price for amazing quality jumper, sizing was a bit off for my jumper but was only the head hole and it eventually stretched to fit past my head,but my jumper was absolutely AMAZING quality and so cheap for something that felt so expensive, delivery was fab,got next day delivery,missed my order ,and Hermes tried again a few hours later and I got it!! Really reccomend prettylittlething and Hermes delivery!”

“Ordered 3 items. 1 fit perfectly, other 2 EXTREMELY small. Had to pay two separate shipping charges of $4 each. Can take up to 2 weeks for the refund of the actually cost of the items. Very disappointing.”

“Jumper is exacly what it looked like online,was so cheap for the amazing quality,couldn’t recommend more,delivery was Hermes it was amazing,got next day delivery and missed my parcel and the delivery man came back later on in the evening and I got it.”

“Super happy with my dress! I needed a dress asap and with the early delivery, I had it in only 2 days. The dress looked so nice and everybody liked it. The quality is obviously not the best, but ist good concerning what you pay for it! The jewelry also was so pretty - same goes for quality here too!”

Hi, I'm so sorry that you've not received your parcel just yet. I've chased the delivery up with our courier who advise they are experiencing some delays in the mail service and apologise for any inconvenience caused. I can see that you've spoken with our customer service team who've refunded the shipping fee back to you. Due to the delays in the mail service, if your parcel isn't delivered by the end of 3rd Nov 2019, message our team on Facebook straight away.
