Paid €60 (on sale) for 4 items. TRASH quality. Disappointed. One of the striped shirts came in crooked and a sweatshirt i orders literally feels like paper. Ridiculous

My two star rating is due to quality, BUT I guess you get what you pay for. Much better off saving my money and paying a little extra for quality in regards to casual or active wear. The leggings, I’ve order about 3-4 pairs, and ALL of them we’re so transparent they CANNOT be worn without something over them, so they’re basically pantyhose. Not sure why all of the INSTA photos advertise them as if they’re great fitting and non-transparent. Do not waste your money, they’re cheap clothing store $3 quality. In regards to the coats on the other hand, it is the total opposite. Great design, great quality and very reasonable price. The basic tops and blouses are horrible. Totally transparent and terrible quality as well. I ordered a White- T with a logo on it, assuming it would be loose fitting and great style, it literally looked like it was straight from the Alleys in La that sell $5 shirts with a plastered fake logo on them 🥴 It’s a hit or miss with items from this store. Not sure how they decide which items they will not tailor with quality and which items they will. Great style concept, but definitely needs improvement in quality considering it is advertised and marketed mainstream. Fashion Nova is a similar competitor and most of their items are very great quality, even for the basics. I have most of one order from over 6 months that I still haven’t returned yet, and decided to just use the basic tops I bought this round, even though the quality sucks. Would only order the coats or jackets from them again, anything else is a pass.

I asked for a small size in my tracksuit bottoms a size 4 and I received a size 6 which is very big on me and in length and I got next day delivery and it did not come to 3 days later

I am quite disappointed as I am quite a loyal shopper on Pretty Little Thing. I ordered two items quite last minute and paid extra for next day delivery as I needed them ASAP. Two days later, I am still waiting in hope that they will turn up as I have very limited time now to receive them before they’re unable to be used for the event I ordered them for. This is very disappointing because I’ve had very few problems with this website in the past, but it has definitely made me more reluctant to purchase in the future if I need things quickly, as that’s the purpose of ‘next’ day delivery.

Sizing was terrible, so inconsistent, and quality wasn't great either – most things were transparent. Wish I'd read reviews first! At least I was able to return stuff.

Sent all the wrong everything. Two pair of shoes wrong size..... My skirt was cheaply made. To send it back you have to go through so Much..... I would never order from them again nor will I Ever recommend anyone to use this site. Sincerely, A very disappointed customer from Cincinnati, Ohio!!!

I usually love PLT for the clothing and the accuracy. However I bought two items 2 weeks before my vacation and I never received them. I did speak to a representative who was polite and understanding. I love the fact you can speak with a rep on whatsapps and multiple platforms. The refund process could be better since it was very quick to take my money but was gonna take almost 2 weeks to return it.

My dress was supposed to arrive three weeks ago and it came in the UPS on (2weeks ago) Friday and required a signature (no on was home to sign therefore I never received my package). I never received any update emails from your end. The most recent email I received from you was October 15th. I tried tracking my package through the confirmation number given to me by you guys and it was completely misleading. I attempted to track my package Friday morning and your website was telling me that my package was still supposed to arrive the prior Wednesday. I have yet to receive my purchase and no longer need it as the event in which I was going to wear it for has now passed. I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from your end especially since I've heard many good things about your brand. I am requesting a full refund and return for my package once its in my possession.

I’ve been buying from pretty little thing for years and I’ve never had a problem but recently the sizing has been awful! I’ve bought clothing worth £60 and had to return them back twice because it didn’t fit me and that was using 3 different sizes, I email them and they told me to ‘check the size guide’ I bought clothes in a size 12/14/16 and not one fit me? So I don’t think a size guide is relevant. The delivery is always on time or before the expected delivery date. However the courier service is awful and quite a few times they have ‘lost’ my parcel or when they go to deliver it they will leave it outside my front door for everyone and anyone to see or take it. The returns process is easy and you only wait 14 days for the money to enter to your bank account.

Absolutely love the purchase’s I have made from this online store, 😍 the quality is always really good, always delivered fast and fits very accurately, (actually produces my size of clothing) I’m typically a size 4 and find it really difficult to buy clothes online, a lot of websites I’ve looked at don’t do a large amount of a petite range but pretty little thing does!! Would definitely continue buying from here! ❤️
