“the service is fairly good for an online website and I always find what I'm looking for. occasionally the tops can be a little see through but I found this was very rarely the case. I have never had the need to return or exchange a single purchase.”

“I order 4 items, all my items I ordered was supposed to be a size 16 so I’m excited to try on my clothes because I was going to a big event I was very disappointed that everything was so huge so I look at the size I was sent a size 20, so I go back and check my order to make sure I didn’t make the mistake and order the wrong size. Nope pretty little thang sent me whatever size the want to send me”

“The delivery of my items was fast and well packed/ protected. The items were of decent quality however the jeans I ordered made my legs look funny; baggy and tapered in the wrong places. Also I used clearpay, which I think is a great idea and makes purchases more feasible and budget friendly.”

“I wasn't able to order a pair of shoes for my sister on my account using her credit card. Also, you cannot add an international billing address to the US site even though the shipping address is within the US. I had to order through the UK site, which meant the pair of shoes did not arrive in time for her graduation.”

“I bought 7 different items. Only one thing fit (because it’s supposed to be oversized). The sizes run very small. My head couldn’t even fit into one of the dress neck openings. I’d recommend getting 2 sizes up when ordering.”

“Pretty little thing was always a little hit and miss for me. Sometimes everything I would order would be far too small and bad quality. However, the last few times I’ve ordered everything had been AMAZING. So fussy with jeans usually however, I’ve found my new regulars! Also, delivery was 4 days earlier than expected.”
