“I paid £5.99 for next day delivery and didn’t revive it for a following 3 Days I was in a rush for my Oder as it was really needed! Although I was happy with my product when it finally came and 5 emails later I received my £5.99 back thanks to Jordan”

“I’m quite new to PLT I don’t really online shop unless I can return to store. Its hard to find a decent fit on things for me so I tend not to do the online shops. I’ve only ordered from PLT a few times but I can honestly say I love it! The free returns is amazing and it’s easy there’s always loads of local shops to return to like post office etc. They also give you a selection of reasons of why your returning I quite liked that too.. the best part is you don’t have to print anything they give you a free label that you stick over the one your package originally came with. Like come on! Easy easy easy! Prices range of corse but are decent for the quality of clothing. There’s thousands of different styles to choose from too and I like that they have similar things with different sort of tweeks to them to make it right for you. I haven’t had to speak to customer services as of yet which is obviously a good thing! All round good review from me. Pretty little thing I am impressed and will definitely be shopping again.”

“the service is fairly good for an online website and I always find what I'm looking for. occasionally the tops can be a little see through but I found this was very rarely the case. I have never had the need to return or exchange a single purchase.”

“I order 4 items, all my items I ordered was supposed to be a size 16 so I’m excited to try on my clothes because I was going to a big event I was very disappointed that everything was so huge so I look at the size I was sent a size 20, so I go back and check my order to make sure I didn’t make the mistake and order the wrong size. Nope pretty little thang sent me whatever size the want to send me”
