“My things was returned due too the wrong apartment number and that was okay because they took my order back too the post office so no one will steal it When I reach out too customer service they was a great support and made sure I understood the reason why my things was not left in a hallway ❤️❤️❤️😘😊 thank you again pretty little thing y’all are awesome”

“I got sent a 30% off everything code, so I filled up my basket and went to checkout just to find out that the code did not work, so disappointed. What is the point of sending customers codes that do not work.”

“Love the clothes I order all the time ... however a few items have gone missing and trying to get any help from customer services is hopeless ... they never get back to you ... and on 1 occassion i purchased 3 sweatshirts with a discount of 25% that never turned up I reordered them and PLT wouldn't honour the discount code so I had to pay full price.... delivery times are second to none ... customer services however are diabolical”

“Most things on pretty little thing arrive and look exactly like the photo/video hence the 4 stars. However there has been one or two items that the sizing has been a little bit off or the clothing item doesn’t look anything like the photo. I shop on here all the time and it is honestly a favourite of mine. The clothes although being on the cheaper side last and you don’t need to throw them out after 3 washes. The colours don’t fade in the clothes either. Returns are completely free and any issues I’ve had customer service is very helpful. I’ve had a few issues with next day delivery but that wasn’t down the pretty little thing.”

“I ordered 3 dresses in eu size 38 (one size up than my regular size 36), dresses are so small that they fit to person that wears size 32.”
