“So half of the items I ordered were awful quality and fit & have was lovely, and I know I’m going to get a lot of use out of the lovely items but the other half honestly belong straight in the trash (which is awful because I already only purchase fast fashion items like PLT if I know the item is going to be a staple because of all the fabric and textiles in landfills already) so I would just be weary of what you buy.”

“Delivery was on time , 2nd time ordering from here clothes never look like the website shows them always terrible sizing , material is cheap and nasty won’t be ordering again”

“One dress I ordered came inside out and covered in makeup. I put it in the wash and after realised it had a hole in the sleeve but because I washed it, could not return it.”

“I often order from UK but first time i had tonpay 20£ for sending back unwanted items.i regret a lot to have anything common with your company.never again.hard to contact with helping person.don't recommend.”

“Iram has helped me with my query on delivery. Its been delayed but has refunded the postage and advised that I should expect it in the next couple of days. I didnt have to wait for a response either, he helped me right away!”

“I’ve only recently started ordering from PLT and on my 2nd order the delivery was delayed. I reached out to customer service via WhatsApp and Sadie responded almost immediately, checked into the issue, and refunded my shipping all within a 2 minute convo. Really happy with the items, pricing, and now customer service based on my few orders.”

“Great experience as far as customer service, price, returns and refunds. However, delivery sucks for international deliveries. The Royal Mail transfer to USPS is horrible. I wish they wouldn’t use USPS because they do not update their website and the mail couriers are horrible.”

“Pretty little thing is awesome. The site, the customer service, delivery etc....I've had nothing but good experiences. My packages always arrive quickly, however I had one that was delayed.... I contacted customer service through what's app and Sadie was great. She responded quickly with exactly what I needed to know and was so pleasant. Great customer service experience which is a breath of fresh air these days :)”
