“Ordered a sweatshirt and it's very nice quality and fit. The only let down is PLT use Hermes as their delivery service in the UK. Hermes are consistently unreliable and as per usual were late delivering my package. Wish PLT would consider using a different courier.”

“Fast delivery and great deal with next day delivery for 1 year for £9.99! Clothes are amazing and love that they sell morphe now as it’s so much easier and faster and cheaper to receive it than getting international shipping! Very reasonable prices and easy returns, definitely recommend!!!”

“It's always something I used to use them in college so I tried again. In my first order I ordered every US size 4 I double-checked. Somehow I get a UK size 4 which is a US size 0. Everything was sent back with the receipt they sent which clearly stated the US part. This most recent time, I ordered the material is coming apart and it was poorly packaged. The shoebox has punctured the package itself was ripped the clothes were dirty as a result, I had to go to USPS to make sure all items were accounted for. Needless to say.. Never again”

“This is my second time ordering with this organization and I was not pleased. The first that I ordered my package did not come on time and I ordered on time. It actually came a week after my birthday. This last time I ordered, I requested a size 10 and you guys sent me a size 12. I really like your clothes but I am not satisfied with your service. This is now my second time and both very bad experiences.”

Hi Rae, I'm sorry to hear your 1st order arrived late and you've received the wrong size with your 2nd purchase, I completely understand how disappointed you must be and I want to get this looked into straight away. “I have had difficulty with Pretty Little thing from start to finish. Unfortunately I accidentally ordered my item to an old address, due to the form autofilling and not requiring a confirmation after using ClearPay. I noticed the mistake immediately after completing the order but due to there being no way to cancel an order once made (a clear violation of consumer rights, by the way) I was unable to cancel or change the address. I then proceeded to contact customer service immediately asking that they either cancel the order or amend the address. They did neither and told me that my parcel would be delivered to the wrong address and they could do nothing about it, and I will be expected to pay even if I don't receive the order. I have since dealt with no less than 11 people, each of whom have not bothered to read previous discussion in the thread, resulting in me having to explain my self multiple times. I've always been a fan of pretty little thing but the service regarding cancellations and delivery issues is appalling. I fail to understand how a company can have such poor communication they are unable to stop an order from being fulfilled when they have over 48 hours before it is even dispatched. And it is disgusting that I am expected t pay for an order I have repeatedly requested be cancelled or changed before it was even fulfilled or delivered.”

“I love PLT and think that they have very dope pieces, but whenever I order from them I always have to return half of my order because the sizing is so bad, and the return process is very complicated.”

“Material on everything was really nice. The problem I had was the size I usually wear in leggings didn’t fit me. I’m not sure why, they were cheap so I didn’t return them but they are still sitting here with the tags on them because I’d never fit them.”

“PLT the only place I shop from. You guys have changed my quality of life, (no kidding). Before I could never find clothes that would fit me since I am a very tiny individual. My measurements are as follow Bust 32”. Waist 22”. Hips 35”. My size is usually 2 or XS which is sold out almost of the time . So when I heard of this company I when ahead and made my first purchase hoping that they could finally resolve my problem of finding clothes that would fit me properly whiteout me having to alter the clothes and sure enough I found PLT. I am more then happy spend my pennies in this company due to I know I will step out looking fabulous and not having to spend a lot money buying clothes.”

“I got 3 pairs of jeans all in a size 4, two of the jeans fit well and the last one came in a size 8. I also ordered two long sleeve mock neck tops, they are extremely tight on the arms and shoulders. Lastly I ordered a white sweater, it looks good but there is SO much shedding I hate wearing it.”

“I love pretty little thing! The prices are excellent and quality is really good. My previous returns experience was excellent - fast and easy. I got this dress for my work awards night and won the best dressed award! It’s a beautiful dress, such a lovely style and colour and the 130+ people there seemed to agree! My photo isn’t as well lit as the ad and I’m obviously not a model but I was super stoked with my purchase. Thanks pretty little thing!!”
