“I ordered a dress and checked sizing chart, decided to order a size bigger and when i received it, it was so small...Getting a refund is difficult...Postage was so slow also...Doubt id purchase from you again!”

“Material on everything was really nice. The problem I had was the size I usually wear in leggings didn’t fit me. I’m not sure why, they were cheap so I didn’t return them but they are still sitting here with the tags on them because I’d never fit them.”

“PLT the only place I shop from. You guys have changed my quality of life, (no kidding). Before I could never find clothes that would fit me since I am a very tiny individual. My measurements are as follow Bust 32”. Waist 22”. Hips 35”. My size is usually 2 or XS which is sold out almost of the time . So when I heard of this company I when ahead and made my first purchase hoping that they could finally resolve my problem of finding clothes that would fit me properly whiteout me having to alter the clothes and sure enough I found PLT. I am more then happy spend my pennies in this company due to I know I will step out looking fabulous and not having to spend a lot money buying clothes.”

“I got 3 pairs of jeans all in a size 4, two of the jeans fit well and the last one came in a size 8. I also ordered two long sleeve mock neck tops, they are extremely tight on the arms and shoulders. Lastly I ordered a white sweater, it looks good but there is SO much shedding I hate wearing it.”

“I love pretty little thing! The prices are excellent and quality is really good. My previous returns experience was excellent - fast and easy. I got this dress for my work awards night and won the best dressed award! It’s a beautiful dress, such a lovely style and colour and the 130+ people there seemed to agree! My photo isn’t as well lit as the ad and I’m obviously not a model but I was super stoked with my purchase. Thanks pretty little thing!!”

“Delivery was okay but item was of bad quality and did not look anything like the picture on the website. Very very disappointed especially for the expensive clothing. Will not be shopping on PLT again.”

“Everything is super cute but most of my items sizing was off. Unfortunately they do not accept exchanges, charge for returns and shipping so I likely won’t reorder the item I really wanted.”

Hi, I'm sorry to hear your order hasn't landed with you yet and you're still waiting for your refund. I've taken a look into your delivery and the couriers have had to return your parcel due to an incomplete address, it looks like your apartment number was missing. I've gone ahead and refunded your items in full for you today and the monies will be back in your account by the 19th October. “Everything looked so cute online but the sizing was all over the place. I placed two separate orders for some bikinis and a few dresses in a size medium but only a few of them fit, the others said size medium but fit like an XS. The quality of the clothing is kind of cheap. The material feels cheap and the stitching on a couple items were coming apart. I don’t think I’d order from here again. Delivery is pretty fast though!”

“I’m used to be fully dedicated to Boohoo but I have been so impressed by PLT I’ve completely converted all my online shopping to them! I live in Germany but I always order from the UK site because the exchange rate often results in a better price than you’ll find on the EU site. International delivery is a bit on the expensive side but my order has always arrived earlier than expected which has been so ideal. And in terms of quality, I’ve purchased 3 dresses, a pair of jeans and 2 jumpers from them and I’ve been so happy with all of them except for one dress. But in general I just think PLT’s materials are of a much better quality than other online sites and love their range of styles and sizes on offer. My go-to site for online shopping without a doubt!!”
