Quick delivery (one day before they said). Most products looked like they did on the website - usually the more expensive ones and the cheap ones didn’t look the same

Happy with most things but sizing not great, smaller thn a shop size 12 I keep having to send bk weekly, which for me isn't good I've had an operation so can't get to post office to send two bags bag of clothes

Item was good but packaging damaged. Crushed and ripped shoe box. Would nt usually be concerned about box but they were a gift

I ordered two skirts about 13 days ago and still haven’t gotten it yet. The tracking just kept saying in transit. It’s finally shown that it was somewhat close to my house. Probably won’t order from pretty little thing again for any outfit I need for an event. Though I spoke to an agent Iram who was very helpful ,and gave me the money I paid for the delivery back. I hope to get my package sooner than later.

You pay for what you get. Clothes come in faulty sizes.... aka I purchased a few items that were smaller than I thought I was getting and I even bought a size larger just because some of these sites do that... also quality is not the greatest, kind of cheap. But cannot complain for the price you are paying

Nice clothes, the sizing is abit strange for the hoodies, the body fits nice but the hole for your head is super tight and can barely put on. Delivery was super quick and easy.

I paid for one year of next day deliveries. I ordered shoes on monday and my email stated I would receive them "on or before Wednesday 23rd October" I was depending on that next day delivery so I could bring my shoes to a wedding in Spain but they haven't arrived so now I've to find shoes somewhere else which I dont have time for! So what did I pay for next day delivery for a year for if you are not going to follow through on the promise that you made and that I paid for!! I'm so angry!

I ordered a skirt on a Thursday, with next day delivery (Friday) so that i could try it on ready for an outing on Sunday. Money was taken out etc, everything fine. Until it hit Saturday and I still hadn’t receive my outfit, no emails telling me any information except the ones I had on FRIDAY that it was dispatched. So I contacted to team for them to tell me SATURDAY NIGHT that the skirt was out of stock? Major inconvience, I got my money refunded but I think that is still shocking!

PLT is my go to shop! I rarely buy from anywhere else! To me PLT is a community not just a shop! The podcast is just great! I love how celebratory of women the brand is. The collabs are really fab I love knowing who is behind the clothing and influence the design! I think PLT are great with their social media!! My fave is the Q&A’s on Instagram where they speak to people who work for the company and what their role involves! I also love how they to polls on insta to find out what colours and materials we would like certain pieces in! I could go on all day about how much I love this brand! It has honestly changed the fashion industry! The only concern I have is that they are a huge contributor to fast fashion and I would love if they could find some sort of solution to decrease this! I sell on all my clothes on depop so the clothes get more wear so maybe if they did something to promote that? I don’t know but apart from that! Thank you PLT for providing me with some gorge pieces!!

Was happy with the pants I purchased, however not about the shirt. It was very thin. Revived a discount for my order, if I would’ve paid full price I would’ve not been satisfied.

So half of the items I ordered were awful quality and fit & have was lovely, and I know I’m going to get a lot of use out of the lovely items but the other half honestly belong straight in the trash (which is awful because I already only purchase fast fashion items like PLT if I know the item is going to be a staple because of all the fabric and textiles in landfills already) so I would just be weary of what you buy.
