“Love the clothes I order all the time ... however a few items have gone missing and trying to get any help from customer services is hopeless ... they never get back to you ... and on 1 occassion i purchased 3 sweatshirts with a discount of 25% that never turned up I reordered them and PLT wouldn't honour the discount code so I had to pay full price.... delivery times are second to none ... customer services however are diabolical”

“Most things on pretty little thing arrive and look exactly like the photo/video hence the 4 stars. However there has been one or two items that the sizing has been a little bit off or the clothing item doesn’t look anything like the photo. I shop on here all the time and it is honestly a favourite of mine. The clothes although being on the cheaper side last and you don’t need to throw them out after 3 washes. The colours don’t fade in the clothes either. Returns are completely free and any issues I’ve had customer service is very helpful. I’ve had a few issues with next day delivery but that wasn’t down the pretty little thing.”

“I ordered 3 dresses in eu size 38 (one size up than my regular size 36), dresses are so small that they fit to person that wears size 32.”

“Happy with most things but sizing not great, smaller thn a shop size 12 I keep having to send bk weekly, which for me isn't good I've had an operation so can't get to post office to send two bags bag of clothes”

We do offer a Hermes pick up service, where the courier will collect your returns from your front door. “I ordered two skirts about 13 days ago and still haven’t gotten it yet. The tracking just kept saying in transit. It’s finally shown that it was somewhat close to my house. Probably won’t order from pretty little thing again for any outfit I need for an event. Though I spoke to an agent Iram who was very helpful ,and gave me the money I paid for the delivery back. I hope to get my package sooner than later.”

“You pay for what you get. Clothes come in faulty sizes.... aka I purchased a few items that were smaller than I thought I was getting and I even bought a size larger just because some of these sites do that... also quality is not the greatest, kind of cheap. But cannot complain for the price you are paying”
