“I found the customer service for pretty little things to be amazing, very proficient. The zip was damaged they refunded the money on the same day I sent the email with absolutely no problems. Items bought were exactly how described and items came very quick. I will definitely be using them again 😊”

“I gotta say, I've had great experiences with PLT. Clothes are nice, comfortable, and fit. Sizing chart can sometimes be difficult because I am in Canada and they use UK sizing. I had a return once and they were great about it. Honestly, I see all these complaints with shipping and it's not their fault- it's the shipping company. If you really want to see problems, go to Fashionova. This is one of the better online shopping services honestly.”

“Were do I begin.....Never had such a good time shopping on a website until i found PLT. The prices are lovely....The models are gorgeous, the clothes are fabulous, They have an excellent selection, super fast shipping and when you receive your order if you need to return something they have an amazing portal that makes it all effortless. Refunds are given as soon as you take package to post office once it is scanned. It doesnt take forever to receive your refund like most boutiques that hold your refund money for up to a month. PYT lets you get right back in there a get your shop on for me it doesnt get any better than this and I am a permanent customer. Company clearly has integrity and i find that to be a refreshing change from the usual bait and switch sites. And may I add...... the quality of the clothes i have purchased deserve 10 stars!”
