“PLT customer service rep Jaida was wonderful. I was confused and concerned about the delay in the delivery of my package but Jaida contacted me And advised my tracking was updated about apologized about the delay she even refunded my shipping costs.”

“My things was returned due too the wrong apartment number and that was okay because they took my order back too the post office so no one will steal it When I reach out too customer service they was a great support and made sure I understood the reason why my things was not left in a hallway ❤️❤️❤️😘😊 thank you again pretty little thing y’all are awesome”
