“I have been buying clothes on PLT and iv always had a great experience . In terms of delivery they are always on time and they always communicate. Returning is also very good. I love shopping there , love the sales and I love it when they do free next day delivery. I will recommend this website to anyone”

“Delivery was very fast! Even tho i live in another country! The e-mails about the delivery before and after are very clear and nice thought of. Garment was exactly as i expected and from what i had seen on the pictures of the website . Great job!💖”

“Best service from and online brand, next day delivery even have my parcel delivered on a Sunday, so easy to return if needed, app is easy to use and friendly, customer service team quick to respond, prices are affordable. Packaging always presentable. Great job”

“I love pretty little thing, their clothes always fit amazingly & their customer service on Twitter is outstanding as they always get back to me pretty quickly. On the other hand if I do need to return something I can do it without a problem, via all the options they send in the post. Finally when I return items, I always receive my refund within about 5 to 6 days .”
