“Delivery and everything is fine, but for some reason the sizes I order the clothes in is never what is delivered to me. I order a size 14 and my clothes come as size 16 and 18. That needs to be fixed!”

“We constantly had our orders undelivered due to an issue with the courier. Although the issue had been resolved our end and PLT did manage to get one delivery to arrive when we complained again and again, we are back in the situation where our orders are constantly returned and never arrive so we have had to stop using them.”

“Fairly fast delivery. Dress was very cheap material and completely unflattering. But - the worst issue was the SMELL on the dress/bag. Smelt like something died in it and it was SO strong I gagged when trying it on. Never smelt anything so horrendous.”

“Ordered two tops in size 8 and they probably wouldn’t fit on a child, one turned up and it was about 3 inches in length when in the picture it was shown to fit near my belly button, then the second was completely see through and all very small”

“I ordered a pair of comfy sweats size 6 that were $27! Received a size 8 in the mail, very disappointing especially when it’s the companies fault, they took hours to respond and when they did they expected me to go down to the post office and return the size 8 so they could refund me instead of just sending me the size 6 that I had already paid for!! very poor customer service!!”

“So far never really had any issues, items are cheap and cheerful, great sale items and have always arrived on time. On the odd occasion I've had to return there hasn't been an issue. Some lovely tips and dresses for very cheap prices. The only down fall is sometimes the smaller sizes are out of stock quickly.”
