“I bought a white bralette and made sure it was a small, which is my correct size. It ended up being to tight to lift over my shoulders, but it fits the bust. I fixed it and sewed it. I think it should be mentioned when certain clothes run smaller or larger, it would help a lot. Thanks!”

Hey, Sorry to hear the sizing wasn't on point. Sizing can vary slightly depending on the style and fitting, however, we do try to stick to our size guide as much as possible. “Can’t actually phone about any issues took me ages to find out a way to contact plt , finally having to send issue through WhatsApp and Facebook , I also raised the issue where my stuff wasn’t delivered which then cause me to go buy stuff for a night out Hermes never had the decency to even email to update me on a package apparently I won’t get compensated either for the inconvenience !!!! Item have been sent back as soon as it finally arrived very very unhappy worse service I have ever received from PLT and choose a different courier as Hermes are awful !!!”

Hey Amy, Sorry to hear you didn't love the experience this time. We don't have an inbound customer service contact number, however we do have lots of ways to get in touch. You can drop us an email through our website, live chat, Whatsapp or our social media help pages. Will raise this with the courier company, to look into why the order was so late and what action we can take to reduce the chances of this happening in the future. We do use a variety of different courier so delivery and orders sent out with Evening or Nominated day delivery are sent out with different couriers. Thanks Usman

“The delivery was VERY fast. The issue I had was I asked for sizes 6 & 8 I’m a dress I purchased but got 10 & 12 instead. Although, it ended up working out because the 10 fit but I simply did not like the dress on me. • When it came to returning everything is was quick and easy and I received a refund in no time. That I did appreciate.”

Hey, Sorry for the confusion over our sizes. As we're UK based, all our items will be labelled in UK sizes, however, this would be the equivalent to the US size ordered, so if you ordered a US size 6, it would be labelled UK size 10. “Not once have I had an issue with PLT so I can’t even comment on customer service, but if I ever had to contact them, I know for sure that any problems would be dealt with.. My orders always arrive on time and come as expected. The prices are fab.. I spend allllll of my time looking/ spending on PLT I love it!!💓💸👗🧥🦄”

“Great value for money, quick delivery, quick returns. Mostly always true to size. Sometimes the clothing can be a little see through so look at the photos/video closely but I always love the material and colour of the clothes. Great customer service always!”

“Only gets 2 stars because the return service was fast and I had my refund in about 3 days. But the clothes were horrible... even with 50% off, $25 was too much for the dresses I bought. The material was so cheap. SHEIN and other super cheap Chinese websites are better quality. I was horrified.”
