“None of my clothes fit but everything looks nice , and my package was lost in the mail for almost a week the website said it was delivered when it wasn’t”

Hey, Sorry to hear your order didn't land with you in time. I checked the tracking and the courier advised delivery was attempted on December 9th. There was no-one in at the time to accept the order, so they held it at the post office for collection. So'll raise this with our logistics team who can look into this with the courier company. “I ordered during Black Friday. I got the latex pants and latex dress. I wasn't happy with the odor of the clothing, but I hear that's typical for latex material. My order arrived very quickly and my items fit well. Thank you PLT!”

As we're a UK based website, the dress will be labelled in UK sizes, however, this will be the equivalent to the US size ordered. “Honestly I’ve use PLT many times and only once has something not worked out for me. My last order(black Friday) arrived earlier than expected and I love every piece. The quality of the clothing is great. I definitely recommend!!!”

“My first parcel last week got lost and didn’t come til 4 days after it was supposed to, so I ordered a back up outfit which came and the chain on the dress strap was already snapped so couldn’t wear that either”

We've looked into this with the courier and are taking steps with the courier to reduce the chances of the order being delayed in their network. Hey Shanuja, I'm sorry to hear your order was so late. I've looked into this for and the order was mis-placed by the driver, so it wasn't delivered in time. We looked into this with the courier, who searched their depots and vans, to get it back out for delivery as soon as possible. I can see we refunded the postage cost as the order was late and this will be back in your account by now. Our customer service team are on hand 24/7 should you need to get in touch with us. “The clothes are great quality. I do recommend watching the wash instructions because a tshirt dress I ordered shrunk a tad but, the clothes come just as in the picture. Also, I never have a problem with shipping.”

“You get what you pay for. The material isn't horrible but fades rather quickly. I placed my order during their Black Friday Sale and received it that Monday. My only complaint was, I was not there that Monday to sign for my package and they didn't over redelivery. Not sure if that's an issue with PLT or the partner companies they use to delivery their packages. Overall satisfied with the amount of clothes I got for the money I spent.”

“The items I ordered were very inexpensive. The quality was pretty low, which is probably what you would expect for the price. The fit was a bit odd on both - one item was reasonably loose fitting (as expected) but the size of the opening makes it a bit tricky to get on and off. The other is very short in the body but extremely baggy at the waist at the back. The buttons do not stay done up either, which means it is not terribly wearable.”
