“Read all the orders last night after ordering at 630pmfpr next day delivery. I ordered 4 dresses, 2 of which were £5 each- my order was here by 1030 am this morning and I love them all!!! No complaints here!”

“I say this with complete honesty ... I wish i could give you MORE than 5 stars. I am 100% a "try on" clothes type of girl. I like to make sure I'm not throwing away my hard earned money. I have ordered clothes from online stores less than a handful of times because every time I have taken the chance, I have been left in disappointment...until I took a chance on Pretty Little Thing. I took a chance on you guys because you are currently doing your 30% off every item deal ... and because your products are already reasonably priced, I figured it wouldn't be much of a loss if things didn't turn out my way. Not only did my package arrive a day EARLY ... everything fit perfectly. The material of the items I picked out don't feel OR look cheap AND I paid less than $70 on 4 items, which would have easily cost me twice as much if I wen't to my favorite local boutique. YOU GUYS ... WHAT!? .. my mind is blown. This is coming from a girl with some BIG trust issues in regards to online shopping. I have never taken the time to write a review but I am so blindsided with the outcome and with how happy I am, I had too. Consider me a lifetime customer because your girl already has another shipment on it's way.”

“So many bad complaints. I'm from NJ and I get my items in exactly 5-7 days from ordering. I've never had a problem. All my items looked as they did in the picture. The only thing is the sizing kind of threw me off a bit but I took a chance and ordered and I guessed right. Plus.. they always have 40%.. you can't go wrong with that. Stop giving a good company a bad review.”

“My order arrived on time to chicago within 6 days of ordering. Although I did get charged a small international fee on my card. The items I ordered we amazing! I really do love the quality of them. I ordered a scuba top and it fit good. Although I would size up because some of the items run smaller than others, and if your looking to return them they charge you a fee for the shipping return able.”
