“Alyssa @ the Greenbelt Location in Louisville, KY. is a true pleasure to work with in getting help with a reservation, accessing my entrance gate code, and answering any of my questions about my monthly billing. She has one of the sweetest personalities I have come across for doing business, and was very helpful to me. She has a great attitude and doesn`t seem to mind going out of her way to help me. I would definitely recommend Alyssa to others needing help in the future for their storage unit needs@ a Public Storage location in Louisville. “Karen at Store #25805 is one of the most pleasant individuals that I have met in a while. When I started my reservation online, she called me right away to see if there were any questions I needed answered and just thanked me for considering Public Storage. She walked me through how to complete my online reservation and informed me about the Public Storage app (that makes gate access much easier). When I and my husband called the store location (2 separate occasions) for additional questions, we didn't get a answer so we left a message both times. Karen responded to our voice messages with a call with in 10-15 mins on both occasions. Karen's pleasant attitude, patience and kindness is enough for me to recommend Public Storage at 3232 Colonial Blvd Fort Myers, FL 33966 to others as customer service is very important to me.”

“Kelly (5 Star) from Woodstock GA, Hwy 92 has exceptional communication qualities and phenomenal patience with customers. She improvises for the lack of quality serviceability of Public Storage customer service on-line chat / email. Being a long-term customer, some information needed revising. There was a customer before me who also needed updated information on two units within two different states. Kelly patiently updated all information and provided simplified useful instructions for future use. She also updated my information in prompt order, in addition to resolving current issues. Communication with Public Storage customer service via email (still awaiting response from March 4) and or phone was a nightmare. Nonexistence. Kelly provided a substantial outstanding difference. This requirement is a necessity that is absent in the company.”

“Absolutely do not do Business with this Company! They are Crooks! Deceptive Business Practices! They Will Either Steal from you by taking all your stuff if you miss a payment and then set the locker up to look good so they can sell they leftover Trash! Horrible!”

“I am still here. I have been a faithful customer for almost 3 years and I have 2 different units in 2 states. I am extremely disappointed that my rates has continued to increase. This last one is crazy ridiculous. I will be removing my stuff as soon as I can this summer. This is bad business. I will never use public storage again due to the rate increases.”

“In late July of 2021 I rented a storage unit from Public Storage in Lake Worth FL. I was informed by my mover that the rate I was quoted might be short term and that I should inquire about that issue with Public Storage. I was informed by a customer service rep that my rate would not go up in the first six months and after that "if" it went up it would only be a $10-$20 increase. I have recently been informed by Public Storage that my rate is going up $60 a month. Renter Be Ware- If I had known that Public Storage would act in bad faith and lie to me about my rate increase I would not have rented storage space from them. Do not rent from this dishonest and fraudulent company! In addition, Public Storage has purposely created a lack of communication in an effort to delay my payments in an effort to create late payment charges to my account.”

“I have been renting space at the Rock Hill, SC location on Red River Road for almost a year. Jerrika assisted me very well. I needed a larger storage and she made the transition very easy. She has wonderful customer service and she is very easy to communicate with. She showed me that she is very caring by giving me a reminder phone call about the space during a very hectic weekend for me. This phone call gave me peace with this transition and I was able to complete my goal and I felt great. She also reminded me of using the app that makes things much easier such as entering and exiting the gate, as well as paying the cost each month. This company is so fortunate to have such a wonderful person to represent them! Thanks Ms J!!!”

“Went to Public Storage in Columbus and was actually given awesome customer service. This isn't a normal finding in our area. LOL I believe her name was Pam. Great gal! Not many people take being nice as an asset to a company- good to see this company does so!”
