Zero signage to tell first time users where to go - its all signed NCP. Very frustrating when in a rush. had to wait over an hour in the baking sun to get my car back despite calling it in on retrieval of my bags as instructed. There are no waiting facilities. On a plus note the attendants were all very polite.

Very busy at Bristol Airport when we arrived in morning (30/6) and long queue snaking around outside of building (glad it wasn't raining!). First bus arrived quite quickly and queue moved correspondingly, but second bus took an age to arrive and when our part of the queue moved in order to board (from side of building), a third bus arrived and allowed people to join from the back of the queue. Consequently we only just managed to board either! On return last night you had 2 buses in but first bus waited whilst drivers chatting outside and then second bus appeared to leave empty, leaving us to be further filled up before departing. Not a great look or experience. Not sure what has gone wrong in year since last we used you at this airport?

Booked hotel and parking at Heathrow. Pre bought shuttle bus ticket. Told at hotel shuttle-bus doesn’t go to terminal 4 despite stating at parking selection this was my terminal. Even if it had gone to terminal 4 shuttle bus was not running early in the morning. Cost me an additional £28 for taxi from Heathrow to parking on my return!

Parking signs at the airport were almost non existent. We asked an airport worker where we needed to go and he directed us to the 3rd floor of the car park. We then discovered it was the wrong place. Still couldn’t see purple parking signs. Asked someone else and got to the correct floor. When we got to the men upstairs. They handed me my ticket back and ordered me to pay £20 at the machine for going to the wrong floor. No customer service skills at all. I’ve used purple parking for every holiday I’ve been on as an adult but this experience has put an end to it. I won’t be using the service again, sadly.

First we got back to the car park and went to get the Key and we were told it was in row, we walked up and down that row 5 time and couldn’t find the car! We then found someone to help and he then thought we were stupid and walked up and down the same row pressing the key fob as if we didn’t know what the car looked like. We then went back to reception to get some one else too help and when we got back they had found the car in row A. The car was covered in sticky yellow blobs but by then we were fed up with the car park!

The ticket would not allow me to leave the car park. A message on the machine said I was at the wrong car park. I had to get the attendant to message his assistant to get the barrier open. There are no area signs in the car park to remind anyone where they have left their car.

Had trouble making the booking,had to have money back as went through as multiple bookings,thought we would be taking to the airport in a mini bus from 'imagine' car park but no! Meet and Greet that we had booked meant we had to pay extra if we wanted that!!!

The check in and check out was an easy process and it was easy to travel to and from Gatwick using the bus transport. Unfortunately, when we arrived back from the airport, we found that our car was very dirty (possibly stored near a tree). There was also a 30 cm crack in the from passenger windscreen that (according to auto glass) would have been cause by a chip and due to the extreme hot weather, it would have spread out whilst the car was stationary.

Postcode did not work almost parked in airport carpark as was panicking i would miss my flight. I suggest you give a full address.Finally someone helped me find it. Are you purple parking or something else? Very confusing. However did manage to get there and staff were helpful and friendly. They said people struggle with just a postcode. This is very stressful when you need to get somewhere!!!

Pay for airport parking, the difference was only £30. Waited 20mins for the bus to leave from carpark to terminal, and then on the return journey waited over 20mins for bus to arrive, then a 35min journey back to parking..... too long..... you should make it clear that you also pick up from other terminals. Won't use again.

Meet and Greet was very easy to use and the location to Gatwick North terminal was just a short walk. The return pick up was just as easy, however the car must of been parked in a field under a tree as the tyres and rims were muddy and bird droppings evident on the roof, windows and rear door.

Needed more clear signs for long stay jet parks ,got on wrong bus even asking driver on a jet parks bus As for hotel booked by yourselves well that was disgusting the whole place Needed a good clean, the bedding was the worst ever dirty

We have used Purple Parking at Heathrow many times. However on leaving, we spoke to a driver who had significant damage to their car's undercarriage and after driving off site we spotting a chip in our windscreen that certainly wasn't there when we left the car. This makes it difficult to consider using them again.

The postcode took us to the airport and were charged an extra &7.00 through express drop off. Also the barrier came down on the car as I was going through so it didn’t recognise my number plate. All in all not impressed!

I have not used Purple Parking at LHR for many years due to long wait times for return of my vehicle and poor staff attitude. Nothing seems to have changed. Whilst I accept that drivers seat position may need to be adjusted, I do not appreciate SatNav etc being played with in the 0.5 mile journey to the storage site. I am a regular business traveler through LHR and will not be using again unless there are no other options.

Poorly signed posted. Bus to the airport was overcrowded. Had to wait over 20 mins for pick up. Gatwick parking miles better than Heathrow I’m afraid !!

The barrier didn't go up. So I had to pay £139/50 pence . I am trying to find out how to get a refund. This is the first bad experience. We have used the company four times before.Gatwick ; Bristol, Bournemouth. Would like some help sorting it out. Sincerely P Maye.

Was not informed that the shuttle bus does not go to terminal 4 so both pick up and drop off we had to be dropped off at terminal 2 and then get the train to terminal 4 and the same for the return and then the shuttle bus continues round to terminal 5 to pick up passengers so the whole process took an additional 1 hour each way which is unacceptable so won’t be booking again

Simple to use But had a problem abroad still here and they are telling me I have to pay an additional £67 a day. Life threatening here so had to stay I’m not sure how long I need to stay but probably never use again unless something can be sorted Would like to use again but we will see !!
