“No stars if I could. The King of Prussia PA store is absolutely horrible. The store manager does not know how to deal with people. I had a very bad experience with an install and returned the bed cover and then the store manager messed up and lost parts to my truck and said good luck. He could have cared less. He treated me like I did something wrong. It won’t let me upload pictures.”

“The topper is nice, but that is about it. The crew that works at the charlotte location is not the best or least the day I went for install wasn't. They make comments thinking customer can't hear, when there is no one else in store. They need to put a sign on door saying once enter store you are not allowed to be on your phone. But back to the day of install, when we went there to pick out a topper Phil was nice and helpful. When I got it installed there was one worker that for some reason had to go and make the whole truck his. A/C full blast for no reason, questioned why the suspension on the truck was like it is, and then changed the driver seat to where it doesn't sit right anymore. It sits lower than needs to be and even with adjustments doesn't go back right. When I called to get an explanation on what they did to the seat, the guy who answered just laughed and said sorry with more laughter.”

“I was greatly impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Giovanni and his staff. A few day ago I was having issues with my tonneau cover (stuck half way open). I was pressed for time as I am leaving tomorrow to cook for 50 campers and staff at a week long youth camp. They were able to work me in the next day and fixed the problem at no cost! My next vehicle will get outfitted by this store. Great work! And Thank you!”

“We bought a Kuat rack here nearly seven years ago and it is awesome! More importantly, a screw holding the rack arm broke this week and the threaded portion was embedded in the rack. We broiught the rack in to Rack Attack earlier in the week and the staffer immediately checked out the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes without a charge. Gold standard service!”

“136559 Good morning. I wanted to get with you on an install of a roof rack that your team did for me on May 6th. The rack was installed, and we drove home. The next 2 days it did not rain but when it did, I had water coming in the inside of the back window . Things happen and I thought all it may need is a little more sealant. The next day I got up there to take a look and was very saddened to see what was done. See photos 5919- as you can see none of the metal shavings were cleaned up and left to rust 3931- 90000-dollar truck and they dented the top 3934- lots of rust 3935- more debris and sealant all over the roof 3932- another dent on the other foot area. Put rack on truck metal to metal . the feet were already starting to wear the paint on the truck 3933- no sealant at all. So, the short of it is I had to pull it off and start over. I live in Woodland WA and do not have the time to bring it back to you guys so ill be fixing this myself. I wanted you to see the photos so you might have a chance on improving your services. I know what it like to have employees as I have about 200 of them. The point is your only as good as your crew and am sure you would like to know of a customer’s issues. Thank you”

“I'm very impressed with the service I got from Rack Attack. I had a unique installation, mostly because of suppliers having a shortage of materials nationwide (I confirmed this with other vendors.) Rack Attack put together a great combination of products that I was able to install myself, with only a little help from available YouTube videos. I love the way my assembly looks and feels (really solid).”

“I'm incredibly frustrated with Rack Attack's customer service for online orders. I bought a Thule Allax dog crate for roughly $1300 CAD in May, only to see it go on a 20% off Thule sale shortly after, which would have saved me approximately $250. For more than two weeks, I've been trying to get Rack Attack to honor the sale price, but my attempts have been met with silence. I've sent multiple emails and called numerous times, but their dedicated online order phone line, 1 (888) 301-1527 (ext 3), simply doesn't work. The single time I managed to speak with someone, they assured me a manager would call me back that day, a call I'm still waiting for. Given that I'm still within the return window, this lack of support is unacceptable.”

“Rack attack is just a stand out company. Have bought multiple products from them including roof boxes, bike carriers etc over 5 years and they go out of their way to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This time I booked a hitch install on a 2024 subaru- they were the ones to make sure I called Subaru to ensure it would not break any warranty issues. Unfortunately Subaru said it would - had to cancel the install last minute- full refund without a problem. Just a outstanding location and company.”

“I lost the bolt that attaches my bike rack, purchased several years ago from Rack Attack, to the hitch on my car. I was so pleased with the efforts that the staff member to find what I needed, fortunately found in the back of the shop, because it was not possible to order the part that I needed. Excellent service!”
