“Very impressed with Rack Attack. I didn't want to spend too much on a roof mount bike rack. The Yakima Highroad and Frontloader fit the bill budget wise. Problem was both were in very short supply. Found the Highroad at Rack Attack at a good price online, but it was out of stock when I ordered it. Rack Attack contacted me, at which time I told them I would be just as happy with the cheaper Frontloader if I could find one. The Frontloader wasn't even listed on the website, but Rack Attack found one in SoCal, changed my order and shipped it for free to Washington state. Couldn't be happier!”

“William at the rack attack in Framingham is a lifesaver!!! When our factory installed hitch wasn’t working to tow a U-Haul to bring my kid to college across the country. The Toyota dealership wanted to charge $750 to replace it. William took a look at it. Did a little work with some dialectical grease and a scraper And it started working. Told me to go home get a little brush get in there really clean out the corrosion that’s what I did and it is now working great!!! We might depart a few hours later tomorrow cause I still have to go get the trailer but better than spending that much money to replace something that didn’t need to be replaced Well, definitely go back there again and recommend them to everyone”

“The Rack Attack Crew, especially Chase, were courteous, knowledgeable and flexible. I needed an install of roof racks ASAP and they were able to accommodate me with the exact parts I needed and a quick professional install, and then a quick class on the new equipment. ---All at a very reasonable price. “This is my first time purcahsing the product from Rack Attack. They shipped out the product by UPS but the item was damaged in the shipping. I have contacted the Rack Attack and they asked me to directly handle it with UPS. Unfortunately, UPS is a very poor service company. I have worked with them for a few days but still cannot get clear answer how they want to handle the damaged item. I know this is UPS fault but as a client I think it reflects what is the service quality Rack Attack is offering. I”

“I ask to cancel an order because of the looong backorder delay. No reply. What a suprise. Few weeks later, I receive a notification that the order was about to ship. I tried to email back and call to cancel. No way to reach someone. I received the box damaged. Fortunately, the product inside was not damage. I don't neet it anymore but it seems to complicate to deal with them.”
