“I ordered a rack yes I understand it was family day weekend but item wasn't shipped I was told the problem was Canada post wasn't picking up the parcel from rack attack so I requested the order to be canceled 5 days later still waiting to see the refund on my credit card”

“Rack Attack advised when the back ordered rack was available and shipped it quickly. Thank you. I have not yet had a chance to open the package, but would like to advise that UPS did not bring it to our door, front porch or front walk. It was left in our driveway in a location we could not see from the house. A neighbour advised us that a large box was in the driveway. It could easily have been taken by anyone going by.”

“We first bought two steadyrack mountain bike racks, and we liked the functionality and looks of them so much we ordered a third. Easy installation. Amazing space saver. Now we are going to order two more for our electric mountain bikes! It is a great investment for any level of mountain bikes. I wish I had heard of them sooner.”

“Very knowledgeable company. Spent a lot of time helping me select a bike rack. I received the bike rack in a day. It did not work out this time because the electric bike is very large and heavy. Very difficult for us to hold the bike and secure it. The rack itself was very well made. The bike itself was just to heavy for us to lift and secure. Rack Attack are definitely on the top of my list next time I need a bike rack.”
