“I needed Thule mounting brackets but everyone was out of stock. Called Rack Attack and was told their Portland, Oregon store had one set. I then called the store in Portland and had the young man confirm the item was there, new in the box and the rest was history. Great service, good price with fast shipping. Fantastic job Rack Attack, now I didn't have to wait 4 to 6 weeks of back orders. I'll be a repeat customer from now on. Much appreciated!”

“My rack fit perfectly. I wasn't happy with the crossbars I selected and Rack Attack exchanged them. I would highly recommend them as their customer service is great and shipping was fast.”

“Very good and sturdy and are easy to assemble, and has lots of accessories that can be added. Rack Attach was good to deal with and had quick shipping. Pleased with my purchase and would recommend them.”

“This was shown to be coming via ups. I was not asked for the street address so you arbitrarily sent it by Canada Post, on April 24. According to tracking information, it still has not left wherever it’s coming from. You also charged me $20.00 for the privilege of not knowing where my pack is, or when I should expect it. Since this review, customer service “made everything better”, and sent out, via UPS, another set of locks, AND refunded the shipping. Wow. That’s service.”

“You lost a star because you only sent me 1 lock set, when I had purchased 2.... so I had to drive to the shop to get the second one. (the person at the shop was super helpful and very nice... and had a great head of hair!)”
