“I'm very happy with the persistence of Rack Attack in getting me the single bar rack that I needed for my Ford Ranger, which already has a pair of rack bars on its canopy. I've got a kayak that, when mounted on the canopy, would have more than half its length in front of the front bar. So, I needed a single bar to mount on the cab for the front half. A few rack manufacturers claim to sell a single-bar system for this situation, but none would deliver to Canada. I contacted Rack Attack and they initially worked on getting me a suitable Rhino system. That fell through, so they put together their own version of a single-bar Yakima JetStream system by dividing a two - bar system into two single-bar systems, each priced fairly. This led to two glitches. First, they shipped two identical end-caps for the JetStream bar, rather than a right and left. And, they didn't ship the torque-setting hex driver, presumably since they only had one. An email explaining the shortage resulted in prompt delivery of the needed parts. I haven't installed it yet, since we just had a spring snowstorm, but it should all work nicely. Kudos to Rack Attack.”

“I could nt believe how quickly the requested parts came. I requested UPS ground which was the cheapest and “slowest “ delivery option. I order at 1:30 PM and the items were on my doorstep at 11:30 AM the nest day. Wow! Also the staff was very friendly and helpful over the phone as i had questions regarding my order as I was sending it in. With out a doubt, this is the place to go for rack parts.”

“They were initially out of the rack I was loose for but, even if they were really busy, took the time, on the phone to get into details; at the end I was very lucky as they received some and shipped quickly, I mean very quickly, from Toronto it was at my door in Quebec the next day. I definitely, without any hesitation, recommend Rack Attack. Thumbs up!”

“I am so happy that I found Rack Attack. Fast ship. I was hesitant as everyone was out of stock. I felt that when I saw a note that they were low in stock, I thought I would hear back that they were out of stock and it would be back ordered. Nope shipped the next day got it in a week. “2 yrs ago I got a roof rack from another vendor. I lost my yakima keys right away. I called the minneapolis rack attack and they were able to sell me keys no one else could. That is the reason, when I upgraded, I made sure to get thru rack attack.”
