“The recent order I placed for some repair parts for a rack that was damaged took a long time to come in. Due to the delay and confusion over the order they were quite accommodating and willing to ship the order for free. I've ordered 2 racks from RackAttack and would happily order a third if I needed one. I'm waiting to see what can be done about some damage to one part but I am confident it will be resolved.”
