“i payed for overnight shipping on a friday...item shipped way late on monday, and then ups delayed shipping, it didnt arrive until wednesday morning....”

“I LOVE my Platform 2 bike rack! It is the 3rd Thule bike rack and the very first Platform, for me. It is easily set up, and easily gotten out of the way when trunk access is needed!!! When I ordered it from Colorado, it was because I could find NO Thule platform ones in Arizona! I ordered it on a Monday and it arrived on Friday, with NO shipping charges, or tax charges! I was totally shocked!!! Thank you!!”

“Just used the rack to carry our 50 plus pound e bikes for the first time today. A really good experience. The carton arrive brused and battered, so if we’re something other than a product built to withstand rugged use, I would have been really concerned. My first thought was that it was a return, but the hardware was sealed tight, and there were no signs of previous use. So it must be your shipper. But your website and customer service is really good.”

“I received a thule rack that was missing a part so was unusable. I told customer service about that issue and it took a while to receive a clear answer regarding the next step. I was not that pleased with thule quality neither. In the end I asked if it would be possible to change brand and customer service call me right away to propose to send me a different rack, a Yakima, which was a good thing since I feel that rack is much more efficient and of better quality compare to thule. I was finally really happy with my purchase AND company’s customer service.”
