“Rack Attack was amazing. Quick delivery. Under promised, over delivered. Thule Top Ride... not so much. It is advertised as a locking through axle rack. But the locking mechanism is NOT at the front forks, but a thin cable that pulls out from the rack.”

“The turnaround time on my order was much shorter than expected. I was up and running much quicker as a result! The order team was knowledgeable and addressed all my questions, and they were also able to update the lock cores to my existing key system in advance. All in all very good, and I am happy with the service.”

“They had the only Yakima Literider 3 in the country. Have been waiting for 6 months for one. Everyone in the store is friendly and customer service is their big priority. “It was late on a Saturday afternoon when we discovered the included mounting brackets for our iKamper Skycamp mini wouldn't fit the rack on our truck. We scheduled to depart for our vacation on Tuesday, which meant everything needed to be complete on Monday. We scoured the web looking for (1) the mounting brackets we needed, and (2) someone that could get them to us by Monday morning. Rack Attack expertly and easily took care of both our problems! Great job! Thanks, Rack Attack!”
