“Very helpful fellows leading up to my purchase. The Kelowna outlet had one of the two platform bike racks I had shortlisted and held until I could make a trip to Kelowna. Also had inventory of other parts, for example the Kuat rack dock. I later ordered a spare wheel chock for the my rack, which was also in inventory and shipped quite promptly.”

“Hey Guys, I'm super pleased with the Yakima gear I bought and installed on my little car. I would simply encourage you to make your online store more robust, accurate and complete. For instance, in my case, I own a Fiat 500 ABARTH, and your "fitment" online tool didn't have products for my specific model. Further, when I called you guys to get personal help on the phone, the helper wasn't sure about the fitment. The only reason I had confidence in my order is because I know that the roof of my ABARTH is the same as the roof of a standard 500! That's my recommendation... more robust advice and online fitment information. Derek”

“Rack came within a week. Everything was packaged nicely and assembly was easy. The only caveate, the site didn’t send me an email to confirm my order originally so I had to call to make sure it went through. But customer service was extremely helpful when I did call.”
