“Rack Attack does business with the customers interest as their first priority. Alexander Cruz was fantastic to work with. I had a problem with a company I ordered Thule Aero Blade racks for my Audi Q7. They charged me for two racks which I ordered but only sent one. When I contacted them they told me they didn't have any in the warehouse. Long story short after two weeks of them screwing me over I finally got a refund and contacted Rack Attack and they were great. Customer service is #1. Thanks Alex”

“We love the Thule we bought a few months ago for our daughter but are disappointed it will take 12 weeks to receive the second one we just bought for our son. This will be our third Thule. We love the product, how easy it is to use and the fact that it holds so much gear we don’t have to squeeze into the car. Please hurry the delivery of our recent purchase! We can’t wait to use it!”

“Everything was perfect with the exception of one thing. Everyone I spoke to, both the gentleman online, as well as the gentleman at rack attack Tigard were wonderful! Very kind and helpful. The problem was that I purchased the silver crossbars and was sent the all black. I decided I didn't care enough to try to exchange, and kept the all black”
