“Admittedly I was the Einstein that only ordered 1 rack. Upon receipt, I realized the error in my ways. I have reached out to your team via email on several occasions. Basically requesting that your team use their expertise and put together all the items I need to attach. It was implied this would happen. To date nothing & no response to further inquiries. Please do as asked & have a team member call/email with details so I can pay. Seems simple enough, just need the courtesy of communication.”

“Rack Attack Rocks! They had the racks I needed, I ordered them on a Saturday and received them on Wednesday in California. The packages were in mint shaped when they arrived. Installed per instructions and all good, so I thought. The new Thule locks are a tad different, so long story short I lost an “end cap” on the freeway. I called RA Denver, and spoke with Alex who not only hooked me up but did so, shipped that day out the door “on him”. I will never go elsewhere for all of my rack needs. These folks are THE best!”

“I had tried ordering a similar product last year from another company and it did not arrive after five months; I eventually had to cancel; Rack Attack was recommended to me by a friend and this was a much more professional option. The online ordering process was very easy; the "staff pick" assisted me with narrowing down the best purchase option based on my type of vehicle and the delivery process was extremely fast and reliable.”
