“Easy peasy ordering and delivery using the website. And the website automatically searched for better prices from other online services, in this case, Amazon, and then matched the price. The savings were minimal but it was a good feature for the website to have.”

“Rack was delivered on time. Unfortunately I was unable to schedule an installation because the store did not return my calls or e-mails. When I went to the store to return the rack, the staff member on duty was very helpful, but they could not install on short notice. I had to return the rack and get it at another store that would schedule an installation. Store is understaffed, but failure to return calls left me with no sense of when I might get the thing installed.”
