“I was looking for trunk bike rack for my WRX. I contacted Rack Denver through the email address on their website. After a couple of hours I got a voicemail with a recommendation to go with the Yakima half back. I called back and the tech confirmed the recommendation and confirmed the rack would fit the car. I ordered online and received a voicemail from Rack Golden that they had one. I called them and the tech confirmed the voicemail. The rack had been ordered online and returned in the box but they made sure all parts were in tact. The recommended that I come come to the shop and pick it up and save the shipping cost. Done. They gave me 22% off because the rack was in an opened box. The fact that the techs called me and wanted to discuss the rack over the phone was huge for me. The tech I purchased the rack from was very knowledgeable and showed me photos of several WRXs with the same rack installed. I used Rack Attack for my roof and ski racks. I’ll definitely use them again.”
