“Best help i got was when i spoke to michelle on the phone than actually going to the store and them just trying to sellf me somethibg without even looking into the item i had and tryinf to sell me the wrong part best experience with michelle on phone where i was able to send her pic of what i had and help me look for the items i needed”

“The video for the rack was very helpful and made the purchase easy. The web site did not pick up the correct account information so the txn used the wrong email address. You may want to look into the functionality.”

“Hi Rack Attack Team, I just received the rack, so have no comment on it yet. However, I did not receive a response to my email request. After I had bought the rack and bars, I realized that I had not requested the military discount. I had sent an email asking if the amount paid could be adjusted. No response.”

“Rack Attack is my only go to place for anything roof rack. The new rack was in stock except for the fit kit, the online order customer service was exceptional, they searched the entire US for the kit and ordered the only one they found. Not too many places will do that these days. Will absolutely order from Rack Attack again and always recommend to others.”

“I want you to give a shout out to Jeff Bell in the Vancouver store. My husband and I are 80 years old and just bought e bikes to extend our biking experience. Because of the weight we knew we needed a different rack and Jeff went out of his way to make sure the one we got both fit our bikes and were easy for us to use. A very good experience overall.”
