“Excellent response after I ordered one Kayak rack and changed my mind so I could carry two Kayak's. They changed my order on the fly and sent a refund on the price difference. Kayak rack showed up the following week. No muss no fuss as they say.”

“got our rack delivered part was damaged and hitch connection was busted, took the rack to a local rack attack in Vancouver BC, they replaced the hole rack, so far so good, great service at the Vancouver shop, the guy went out of his way”
