“When I called and spoke with a person to verify that the rack would fit my car she told me that she didn’t know and to visit the nearest store. She told me the nearest store was in Portland. I live north of Seattle so that wasn’t an option. I’m perplexed as to why she couldn’t answer my question. Seems like a pretty straightforward question. I installed the rack but I’m still no sure it’s the right one for my car. In addition, the directions from the manufacture were terrible.”

“I recently purchased a complete roof rack setup for my 1986 VW Vanagon Westfalia. I particularly appreciated the "case studies" on the Rack Attack website, which allowed me to order the correct parts with confidence, especially since mounting a roof rack on a camper van with a pop-top is a bit of an unusual application. The parts arrived correctly and everything went together perfectly.”

“The service was outstanding and ideal in every way. I needed a product that was nationally in short supply. Rack Attack found it at one of their stores in another state and promptly shipped it to me. I also had some technical questions and I easily got them on the phone and promptly had an answer. The order came just a few days later and I had routine links sent allowing me to track the order. Everything from Rack Attack was ideal.”

“Nice people. After initial failure to get bases+clips to fit, due to misunderstanding of how to adjust angles of clips to roof contour, I reached their help line. Their representative was able to walk me through how the adjustments work, and I was able to fit the clips/bases perfectly. Bar is now securely attached, and I'm happy. Without the help line phone service adjustment was not obvious and I would've failed. Don't give up; get help.”

“Contacted tech support. After numerous discussions/ pics to find the right Thule base for existing racks/ accessories. They still sent the wrong item; fixed point instead of floating foot packs. I incurred delivery charges but didn't receive the item I needed.”
