“You simply enter your vehicle model and they recommend the parts you need to order. Not cheap, but very quick and easy to order. Plus shipping was really fast too.”

“The rack fits my Forester roof bars fine but the little "must use" allen wrench was tough to handle. Yes, I understand it tightens the bolts so that they locked for anyone not having the specialized tool but pretty little and awkward.”

“The item I wanted was on backorder. While in these days, supplies are difficult to obtain, their communication of expected delivery was not great. Since it was back ordered, I wish they had advised me to use my credit card rather than PayPal.”
