“I am so very glad I found the online purchase option for Rack Attack. I've been buying my Yakima truck rack in pieces as finances permit, and I am extremely grateful for the free shipping in Canada and the fact that they have inventory. Something that is not so common these days. I had a quick question before my 1st purchase that I submitted late one evening. I got a call the next morning to answer me one on one and offer fantastic advice. Great job Rack Attack.”

“I’m a first time customer of Rack Attack. In researching what rack I wanted for my skis, I watched some great Rack Attack content on YouTube which steered me to your website to purchase an Open Box “Thule SnowPack Extender set”. I was a little hesitant not knowing what condition the rack would be delivered in, but the rack was in great shape, but literally had every other piece of hardware, locks and rack adapters missing. I reached out and talked with Justin in Boston and to say I was impressed doesn’t do justice. Justin immediately got in touch with the Austin store and coordinated a “Next day” delivery with UPS for all the hardware and locks. Sure enough the package arrived the next day as promised. All parts were accounted for except 2 locks in which I just wrote Justin a quick email and with quick response 2 additional locks were shipped out again with UPS. Justin was incredible to work with and great customer service is sadly at a rarity at the time. Hats off to Justin and the Rack Attack crew. I am a fan in which I will tell all not friends and family as well about what a great company this is to be a customer of. Thanks for everything! Brad”
