“We were very happy with the advice from the Santa Monica rack attack people. They advised us which bike rack to buy, and then were fine that we ordered it online. I went back to the Santa Monica shop for some extra advice. Video makes it look a little easier to put on and take off than it actually is, but we’re very satisfied with the purchase overall. Really great folks at the Santa Monica shop.”

“Excellent service. Excellent product. Received entire roof rack and ski rack package as ordered. Entire system fit our vehicle without any difficulty. Everything was as advertised. Online ordering system was easy to use and accurate. Delivery, even during the holiday season, only took a matter of days. Also, all of the instructional videos posted online for description of the product and installation of the product was extremely helpful. Without these videos, installation of the entire rack system would have been more difficult because Thule instruction manuals are pretty poor and not very intuitive.”

“Nice customer service and quick response. The only reason I'm giving a 4 stars is for the delay it took before shipping the parts, as it was in stock and not BO as mentioned in my order. I had to do a follow up on my BO stuff after couple weeks so I can get my order completed from multiple locations, which is an asset for Rack Attack!”
