“Hi, I was asking for the extension for the bike rack to have matching key sets, but they came with different key sets. Update: They were able to resolve the issue for me after I brought it up to them.”

“Overall I had a positive, learning and productive experience. However, I initially followed the guide by vehicle model leading me to an all in one kit only, which indicated was no longer available. I almost went off to other sites, but luckily for you I figured out that you had most of what I needed, just not the BC136 base clip for my car.”
