“At first I talked to a sale-man in Vancouver who was suppose to check the availability and call me back - he never did call back. I called many time and ended up being at the main office so they were transferring me in Vancouver... I got the rack - I need to try it on now but it was a long process and a lot of phone call...”

“I came to rack attack after purchasing a roof rack from thule that was not the correct part for my car. The Thule website was very difficult to use and inaccurate in the product recommendations for my Jeep GC. Instead of dealing with thule.com and their Customer service, rackattack had a very easy website to find and order exactly what I needed. I went ahead and ordered a kayak cart from rack attack as well.”
