“Originally called Toronto location for some miscellaneous Thule parts and confirmed part number over phone. Once I got there, the wrong parts were waiting for me. I drove over 45 minutes for the parts. The staff recognized the error and did, what I considered fair, to rectify the problem. Parts were supplied a couple days later!! I would give 5/5 if not for the misunderstanding. But the solution was:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I really found the video reviews helpful in selecting my bike rack. I asked a couple of questions using the website and within a day received a reply from RackAttack. Shipping was super quick and I received my rack within a week. I really was impressed and would do business with them again. As with any product, do your research. Each rack has pros and cons. I found this company and website helpful in discovering the pros of each rack.”

“They were knowledgeable the people were nice but they neglected to tell me when they offered to install the rack that the cost was. $150. The problem was once I got there there was no way to bring the pod home without the install.”
