“I ordered a new/unopened snow and snowboard rack from rack attack. When it came in the box had clearly been opened and retaped. Parts were ripped out of the bag and some legs were assembled and some were not. I soon realized I was missing a part as well. This review is saved by the fact that I reached out listing the parts I was missing and asking for a partial refund so I only pay the open box price. They quickly replied saying we will send the parts and issue a refund. No refund yet but I did received that parts so that was good at least.”

“Staff in store in Ottawa were very helpful when I was inquiring about getting a keyed-alike cylinder for my Thule accessory. They suggested I go online to order. I used paypal and inadvertently forgot to include the key code as it was not asked in my paypal exit. I used the online help with my order and included a note and the response was excellent and the appropriate matching cylinder arrived quickly. Overall positive experienec.”

“Quick shipment of my order, and almost too quick. Too quick because they missed the note about a common lock cylinder request, but were on top of the note immediately. Without additional question, they have the replacement on it's way and a return label sent in order to send the other material back free of charge. Great experience with this group!”

“The rack is great and the company was awesome to work with. There was a snag in the order process that somehow resulted in my address not being recorded. The company called immediately (several times) to get the info needed so the rack could be sent out as soon as possible. Really appreciate the proactive response from the team. I would definitely order from here again and refer friends.”
