“Rack Attack was great to deal with. They pointed out I was missing a key component in my order, which saved me a lot of hassle. They also did their best to price match. Fast shipping too. No reason to buy from Amazon when these guys give such better service for the same price.”

“I needed a hitch pin for a Swagman bike rack that Rack Attack and most everybody is no longer carrying but they worked hard to find one from existing inventory from one of their other stores in Ontario, They arranged to have it shipped directly to my house and it arrived quickly. I was very thankful for their help as I had a perfectly decent bike rack but dudes had sawed off the hitch pin. It's all I needed. Happy to have it back in action.”

“Knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a new vehicle and needed a new foot pack for my Thule kayak roof rack and hitch extender for my Thule bike rack. Reiley was great, answered a bunch of questions and helped with a missing pin for the bike rack which is a few years old. I bought the original kayak rack 3 years ago from Rack Attack. Pleased with the quality and functionality of the equipment and straight forward installation. Highly recommend.”

“I recently purchased a used car with a Thule rack on it and there was no key. I contacted Thule directly but they were out of the key I needed that is how I discovered Rack Attack.So grateful that they had one in stock. I was able to remove the rack easily. Thank you.”
