“I have yet to hear a response to the fact I was sent a used and damaged product that was also missing parts. UPDATE: I have been asked to revise my review now that “it has been resolved.” I did receive a call with a suitable resolution option however none of the agreed fix has been done yet so until I see proof it’s going to be corrected, my review will remain as 1 star”

“My order with Rack Attack was great. I already had a Yakima roof rack that I needed to adapt to my new car. I chatted with a rep and got the parts that I needed for the fit. Price was as good as anyone and delivery was just a few days. It actually came two days earlier than estimated so we were able to get the kayaks to the lake before the weekend crowds. Installation was a little complicated but these racks are SOLID.”

“I signed up to be notified when the Kuat, piston pro x was available with several distributors. Rack Attack was the first to contact me, beating out the competitors by over a week. James Blaze was my point of contact from the beginning and he closed the deal immediately and he added the specific ramp for my bike rack, as it was not yet on the website. Excellent communication throughout the process and a solid and seamless experience. Thank you James Blaze and Rack Attack for having your act together!”
