“We have made three large purchases from Rack Attack, a hitch mounted bike rack, cargo basket and net, and a roof mounted bike rack. The service from the staff in helping us to select these products was excellent. The service to install the cargo basket and roof top rack was done quickly and correctly. All in all Rack Attack is one the best retailers we have done business with.”

“I have the most terrible service in my life with rack attack in Portland the fist day that I bye my canopy broken he said that is gonna replace and I steel waiting this happen around 2 years ago or more bad service”

“This is great rack. It's heavy, so it's not trivial to add and remove from my hitch. Attaching four bikes at the same time can be tricky based on the size and types of bikes. But once they're on the rack: YES! They're stable. They can be locked up. And swinging open the bikes so you may access the rear gate is pretty easy. It works.”

“I could not be more pleased with service provided. Was able to talk with a representative and work out the particular challenges with supply chain issues (my order started during the pandemic). My tent was received well within the expected time frame that was set by the store, the Installation was smoothly done and the use of the tent clearly explained.”
