“Needed a part (rear wheel holder) for my Thule bike rack. Received a very prompt reply from the folks at RackAttack regarding the part number and ordered it immediately as I was planning a trip. Received the part within a few days and it was exactly what I was expecting. Very satisfied. Here's a pic of our bikes all loaded up for the trip.”

“I'm one of those confused customers. Any question I asked was answered politely and clearly. I would recommend Rack Attack. I also received my Yakima Showdown Kayak roof rack within 1 week and I live 8 hours outside of Ottawa and Toronto - so that was nice. The online ordering instructions were very good too.”

“When several purchased parts did not fit my current towers I was offered help in determining the problem and was requested to send pictures. I did and was told the parts i purchased would not fit my set up. I further explained that the parts sent did not match the parts images in the dierctions supplied. I never heard back from customer service. I will be returning my purchase for a refund.”

“I watched a very comprehensive YouTube video produced by "Rack Attack" on the THULE rack that I was researching before deciding to purchase. I subsequently searched for their website and found their price was $40 less than the competition and with free shipping. What a great product, what a great price and what great service. So far the rack has exceeded my expectations.”

“Happy with the process except for the fact that the roof rack came in three separate boxes which arrived separately. I am also waiting for a Thule lock set to finalize the project. Four boxes all shipped separately.”

Joe, we appreciate your feedback. We try to ship all items from the same location; however, we don't always have the stock available and are sometimes forced to split the order up. We'd rather get you the stuff sooner in separate shipments than delay the order to keep it all in one box. We'll get the locks to you as soon as they are available (I will follow up!).
