“I am very happy with my Kuat Sherpa bike rack and was pleased with all of my contacts with Rack Attack. I was able to assemble the rack and attach to my car by following the youtube video that had been posted by Rack Attack : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHdx8E0XPFU This is a very complete and comprehensive video. “Excellent service with purchase and install, and adjusting install of Cargo Box on UX250h. Two in-person events and just a phone call to determine if an appointment was needed. Very efficient. I see that this request for comment pertains to the Moki door step that I bought on line after. Purchased that over the web. It's great.”

“I stopped in to get help getting new locks for my Yakima racks after losing the original keys. The staff helped me out with perfect customer service. We identified the key code and even replaced the cores with ones they had on hand. Since we swapped cores, they didn’t even charge me. You don’t find service like this often this day and age.”
