“Pleased so far with my Thule Wingbar Evo crossbars and Thule Canyon Cargo Basket purchase (installed on 2017 CRV). Timely delivery, ease of assembly, and installation. One disappointment: three of five bolt / wingnut combos securing the basket wind screen vibrated loose and were lost on first trip. Contacted Rack Attack customer service and was referred to Thule. Thule promptly mailed replacement bolts, etc. (5 stars for Thule and their customer service rep.) Caution future purchasers to add LocTite or similar product to these bolts.”

“Prompt service. But they sent the wrong bike rack! Even though the sent the correct one, I had to take the very heavy wrong rack in the cumbersome box to a UPS store to return it.”

“We need the cross bars for a 2011 Chevy Malibu. I already purchased the other required naked roof hardware from Rack Attack online. What are my options and pricing? Our primary interest is surfing. Might want to add hardware for mountain bikes at a later date. It was unclear that our order did not include cross bars. Thanks, Jason 8582801638”

“I was very impressed with my recent interaction with rack attack. I initially phoned the one in Kelowa . The fellow Kyle I dealt with said they had 1 in stock and spent 10 minutes looking for it ( I was on the phone to him) came back and said they didn’t have it) profusely apologized. Then I phoned YYC store and had one sent to me. Came a day earlier than expected . Dealing with the YYC store was great as well.”
