“From the initial time I looked at the website. The video was spot on, and the presenter was professional. The video answered all the questions I had in my head. It was very honest on a few items that maybe I needed to look at further. The product came in quickly. I even called one of the locations and the gentleman spoke with me for 15 minutes. I would definitely purchase from this company again”

“This was the first time that I’ve ordered from, or had any interaction with, Rack Attack. I’ve been thrilled with the experience. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I needed to be certain that it would fit my car (a 2024 Mazda CX-50). I emailed Rack Attack through their website and, within hours, they replied with an itemized list of the products that I wanted, along with an estimate and the part numbers to ensure that I ordered the right ones. When I placed my order, I received an email the very next day confirming that it had been shipped out, and everything was at my house within a week (I chose the standard shipping option of 4-12 business days). I would recommend Rack Attack without hesitation to anyone who’s in the market for a roof rack and/or cargo accessories.”
