“Fast free shipping! Item was in stock . Great YouTube tutorial on how to use my bike rack. Great detail in explaining every feature of the rack. Really maybe my buying decision a lot easier. I would highly recommended Rack Attack to anyone who is need of a bike rack!”

“I ordered a roof rack even though their prices seemed expensive - the parts were shipped from two different parts of the country, arriving days apart. The instructions were weak, so I looked on their site for videos, but instead got a lot of "404"s - Page Not Found. I chatted with suppoert but they weren't vey helpful ("our website is under maintenance"”
