“While it was convenient to purchase my Thule rack, the foot kit didn't arrive with the rack. Once I received the kit, it was missing the instruction book.”

“Ever since I found Rack Attack, I have been purchasing all my Thule products from them. They located for me key locks that have the same code as my previous products and made the switch for me. Its great having 1 key that functions for all my Thule products. My most recent purchase is a trailer hitch double bike rack. Perfect fit and its has the lean down feature so I can still open my tailgate.”

“I knew the box I wanted, specifically to match the color of my SUV, but wasn’t sure of the size. Headed in and chatted with the knowledgeable folks at Rack Attack, and made the perfect decision! We tried some options and landed on the perfect fit. Next time we are in the market, I will for sure, head back and work with them again!”

These men here are happy to be here and the company has to value the hard work and dedication of their employees for them to be so happy and helpful. Everyone in this store is knowledgeable and even when you come in on a random day and your service specialist is not here, it doesn't matter bc the next specialist is just as happy and knowledgeable. “Every single experience I've ever had with Rack Attack has been bar none the best service from a shop with this sort of specialization. Their folks are extremely knowledgeable, they're service-oriented, the follow-through is reliable, and if I had a question or an issue later I could come into the shop and get priority service from them. I used to shop around to find the best price on racks and accessories for them. Now I just go straight to Rack Attack and buy from them because I know that no matter what happens with my gear, they got my back!”
