“I have been a customer of RackAttack since 2004. My last purchase from them was disappointing. I purchased the Yakima mounting nodes for my Q-towers only to find that when the towers weren't mounted the cover caps for the nodes did not fit securely. I decided to go with the Yakima Landing Pad mounts. I was then charged for the mounting of the original nodes and then charged again for the mounting of the Land Pad mounts. I don't think I should have been charged for the mounting of the first Q-Tower mounting nodes.”

“Rack Attack was easy to work with and have a great selection. The only negative was their ability to advisee on the best bike rack for MY car. The one I bought needed a hitch and my car scrapes bottom with them on. I should have been warned about the appropriateness of the rack for my specific car model so I could have made a better choice.”

“Had the Thule part I needed to finish installing crossbar rack onto a relatively new car with low profile rails. It fit perfectly with very little fuss, easy access to carry my bikes and lumber for furniture projects. Very happy with my equipment!”

“I was looking for a bike rack for my E bike. The bike rack that was sold to me does not work well with my Aventon E bike. I wanted to exchange it for a different rack, but he said the exchange period Had surpassed. The rack will work for one bike, but it does not work for 2E bikes.”
