“I knew the box I wanted, specifically to match the color of my SUV, but wasn’t sure of the size. Headed in and chatted with the knowledgeable folks at Rack Attack, and made the perfect decision! We tried some options and landed on the perfect fit. Next time we are in the market, I will for sure, head back and work with them again!”

“Hi there, My name is Anna and I'm better known as KK Lexo, let me tell you I'm so completely happy with the staff at Rack Attack Pasadena location. These men here are happy to be here and the company has to value the hard work and dedication of their employees for them to be so happy and helpful. Everyone in this store is knowledgeable and even when you come in on a random day and your service specialist is not here, it doesn't matter bc the next specialist is just as happy and knowledgeable. Service is excellent”

“Every single experience I've ever had with Rack Attack has been bar none the best service from a shop with this sort of specialization. Their folks are extremely knowledgeable, they're service-oriented, the follow-through is reliable, and if I had a question or an issue later I could come into the shop and get priority service from them. I used to shop around to find the best price on racks and accessories for them. Now I just go straight to Rack Attack and buy from them because I know that no matter what happens with my gear, they got my back!”

“We have made three large purchases from Rack Attack, a hitch mounted bike rack, cargo basket and net, and a roof mounted bike rack. The service from the staff in helping us to select these products was excellent. The service to install the cargo basket and roof top rack was done quickly and correctly. All in all Rack Attack is one the best retailers we have done business with.”

“I have the most terrible service in my life with rack attack in Portland the fist day that I bye my canopy broken he said that is gonna replace and I steel waiting this happen around 2 years ago or more bad service”
