“I like my rack but I didn't get exactly the deal I was told and then no one would sell me a hardware kit to fit my top box on which is why I got the rack in the first place”

“Everyone was super helpful. I had a friend giving me his old rack and storage box. Turns out his parts, while the model numbers matched, were older versions and didn't fit the setup I needed. I'd have appreciated a warning about this from staff but in the end I got everything I needed. The wrong footings were delivered to my house but I was able to swap them at the store in Leaside no problem. Anyways, they sell great quality products and while I had a few bumps with service things worked out fine. I'd recommend a friend here and would shop here again.”

“I recently visited Rack Attack to purchase a 2" receiver bike rack . The staff were very helpful and new the products very well. They have lots of stuff on display which I like 👍 They gave me a discount as I was going on a mtb trip and needed the rack. The only one was the floor model. Already built and ready to install . Highly recommend Rack Attack 👌”

“The camping chairs we received were very scuffed and banged up during transport. They had only been shipped with plastic wrap and nothing to protect the item itself. They were returned.”

“Needed a part (rear wheel holder) for my Thule bike rack. Received a very prompt reply from the folks at RackAttack regarding the part number and ordered it immediately as I was planning a trip. Received the part within a few days and it was exactly what I was expecting. Very satisfied. Here's a pic of our bikes all loaded up for the trip.”
