“Revised review: Rack Attack reached out and informed me that this is a limitation of the maker (Sport Rack) to order locks made for specific keys. Replacement keys are fine, but in my case a bike trailer hitch lock cannot be bought for a specific key. I've dealt with the Rack Attack team in Toronto since I had my first vehicle and they have always been great to deal with. I'd like to chalk this issue up to maybe not being aware of this limitation by Sport Rack and a miss in calling or emailing me back once they were aware. While not a flawless transaction, I do appreciate the followups and the team at Rack Attack trying to make it right. -- The staff was knowledgeable and quick to respond through phone and email. I had issues with the length of time it took to recieve my parts though; which is somewhat understandable. However, the biggest issue I have is that I ordered keys with a specific code. The intent was to have all keys matching. The parts delivered did not respect this aspect of the ordering. So after waiting all this time, I have mis-matched keys and locks. The opposite of what I wanted. I have filled in the form to notify you of the mix-up, but have not yet received a reply back.”

“My experience with rack attack in Vancouver was excellent. The people there were beyond helpful and friendly. I have enjoyed my bike rack in every way. It is very functional in carrying my ebikes as well as my mechanical bikes. The security of my rack is much better than other rack I have owned.”

“Finding and ordering my parts was easy, and delivery was okay. it shipped from the Seattle store to Everett and took 3 days. It would be great if they offered in-store pick-up. I could have saved a little money. It's always great working with Rack Attack.”

“I've been using Rack Attack for my Thule bar, Thule accessories, and Thule luggage box needs for over a decade over 4 different family cars. The onsite staff at my local store (Pasadena, CA) has always been very customer service-oriented answering questions regarding outfitting and installation. The online site is great for sizing up what equipment works with my vehicles and making those purchases. I've always had a great experience with Rack Attack.”

“The good and the bad. The good is that the Thule roof rack is very good, sturdy, and assembles intuitively. The bad is that the people who fill the orders have probably never installed a roof rack. I ordered the entire kit for my new vehicle. But the mount parts I received did not look like the photos. I contacted rack attack three times, stating that I thought I had the wrong mounts. I was assured that I had the correct parts. But neither person really heard what I said, and just looked at the part number on the order form, which was the correct number, though not what I had received. I finally sent in photographs which confirmed that I had received the wrong parts. Of course they were replaced. If the helpdesk really knew the product, this would’ve been solved the first time I called. (But the roof rack should get five stars.)”
