“Rack Attack Team initially tried to assist when I placed the order, by having the items shipped from a store The the items were not packed properly and as a result, the outer cases were damaged. I contacted Rack attack and they were responsive and helpful in resolving the issue.”

“Intuitive web experience to find exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service too! “My order was taken very quick !!! Very efficient process !!! The instructions in the box could be much better, more explanation! I had to go to a store to get help to continue the assembly.
