“There are several places not able to tighten up to secure and loose key lock system. No cover on T-bolt & clamps. Willing to replace different model.”

“Work, price, and especially the customer service was fantastic. I did not really like that you added a Rack Attack sticker to my bike rack however. I wasn’t consulted on this, and now I have to try and remove it myself”

“I usually don't write reviews but I have to say I was blown away by the customer service at the Victoria location. The employees were exceptionally helpful and I left the store with amazing racks that were perfect for my car. I would highly recommend Rack attack.”

“I'm commenting on an order for locks for this rack. I received the incorrect item, and could not speak to a human. No exchange was offered. I received a postage-paid label, however, when I mailed the item in the box I received it in it was returned to me, as the postage was not priority mail. The original box was a "priority mail" box. I had to repackage and drive to the post office again to return the incorrect item. My time and expensive gasoline. I then had to place another order for the correct item and pay again. I'm now waiting to see what happens. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SUPPORT!”

“Ordered this rack after searching various websites and online reviews. The rack arrived quickly and was just what I needed to transport 5 sets of skis. Well built, seems solid and works perfectly. I used rack attack before and am never disappointed. Highly recommend.”

“I had been trying to purchase a Yakima roof rack for my Highlander since the summer of 2022 from an online dealer who never had all the components, but said they were back ordered and will be "in shortly." After several months, I contacted Rack Attack online and it appeared they had all the parts I needed. I had a "live chat" with an associate and he confirmed all the parts were in stock. I placed my order and had the rack in 2 days. I am completely satisfied with my Rack Attach experience.”
