“It hasn’t arrived yet… ***update*** Parcel was shipped in 2 different orders to get the order quicker (carrier was constantly changing delivery dates, no fault of rack attack). Received both packages, and had great customer service from Rack Attack!”

“Customer service was amazing, had an issue with my card they called me directly to get it fixed and the rack shipped in 2 days and was super easy to install and fit great. They were my the most affordable option and clearly the best. I will go to them for any rack needs I have.”

“I ordered a new hitch mount rack for my mtn bike, after a bit of research the one I decided on was not available locally but so I ordered it through Rack Attack. It arrived in less than a week! Living in a rural community, this was far faster than going out to the nearest dealer and I am ready to hit the road again.”

“my rack attack experience had two phases: Initially I was seriously irritated because rack attack sold me a ski rack that I could not mount to my car. I had chosen rack attack specifically because of the "fit to your vehicle" feature that suggested they had gone through the trouble of assembling a list of all vehicles on the market and figuring out which of their accessories fit onto which vehicle. This is why I was so surprised that they sold me a ski rack that required crossbars for attachment, even though it was clear from my vehicle data that I entered that I didn't have crossbars In phase two then I was positively surprised that Rack attack reached out to me and tried to fix the problem. The issue with the website was that it actually correctly suggested that for my vehicle I needed to purchase crossbars in addition to the ski rack, but the information was presented in a way that I misinterpreted it and thought all I needed was the ski rack itself. The rack attack representative figured out what I needed and helped me order it. In the meantime I've got all the parts and assembled them and now I have a very nice ski rack to go skiing with my family As to the website and whether or not it is clear: I tried it out on my family members and asked them what product they thought the website suggests one should buy with a vehicle like mine. My son figured it out, but both my wife and I did not. I should add that my son is studying towards his computer science degree, so he may be more astute than most people in figuring these kind of things out. My wife and I are not digital natives, but we're otherwise functioning adults. My takeaway: thumbs up to rack attack for putting a nice website together and shipping the right products, as well as for customer service and an effort to make things work out. But I still recommend making the website clearer and point out that certain products are meant to be purchased as a bundle”
