“This was my third order from Rack Attack. Two were significantly delayed due to COVID’s impacts on the supply chain. That I can understand. I would rate the overall experience higher, except for the fact I had to followup 6-8 months each time after the initial order to determine delivery status. Almost as if by magic, my deliveries would arrive within two weeks of my followup. I get the sense had I not called to determine status, I might still be waiting…..”

“Ordered an open box item but they contacted me shortly after and said it was damaged. The new item was backordered but they honored the open box price so worth the wait! Thanks guys”

“These guys couldn’t be any more knowledgeable and helpful and timely I ordered the package on Monday got it the next day and I live in Eagle Colorado wouldn’t go any place else true professionals especially in this day and age to get that attention very rare almost nonexistent”

“Rack Attack Team initially tried to assist when I placed the order, by having the items shipped from a store The the items were not packed properly and as a result, the outer cases were damaged. I contacted Rack attack and they were responsive and helpful in resolving the issue.”

“Intuitive web experience to find exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service too!
