“Service was great. Received rack in timely manor. Rack was very easy to install. Once I found were to put the arms there work perfect. Used it this morning. Had a little problem installing ramp. St first it did not go all the way. After a while just pick bike up on to ramp. After I finished my ride tried again with ramp. This time got the ramp installed. Maybe when it gets used more it will get easier. Phi hunt”

“Unfortunately, the Carbo Box was damaged during drop shipment from Thule and so shipment was not accepted. Currently the order is in limbo because the 3rd party shipper Pilot Freight services needs to get a return authorization from another third party instead of being able to get one from the original purchasing party Rack Attack. It would be better for the customer if any damage shipment issues could be resolved by the selling party instead of the shipping services. It would make customers happier if replacements can be sent out before the damaged goods arrive back at the original destination”

“I love Rack Attack. They constantly have products in stock and deliver them to me quickly. I already have the Yakima HD bar 60, but need 68s, so ordered them, which was delivered the next day! I messed up on the credit card but got an email, saying that, and they are not canceling the order, but I need to call. I quickly called them, they fixed the problem, and the product was still delivered the next day. That was awesome and ease.”

“I was really happy with service from Rack Attack initially, they were responsive to my specific questions and let me know which rack would fit my vehicle. I am really disappointed with this rack though. My vehicle meets the requirements stated in the specs, but it bangs against the road when we put 4 bikes on it (2 of them are for children under 7 and it still sways downwards way too far). Its not driveable in the 4-rack configuration, so we are only able to use it for 2 bikes (not very helpful for our family of 4). I tried to reach out to discuss possible exchange with Rack Attack but didn't get a response.”

“I've ordered 2 bike racks now and couldn't be happier with the service and shipping. The racks showed up with no damage. The locks were the correct ones I asked for and the keys showed up a day later, as expected. I will definitely be ordering again in the future as we have a growing kid with outdoor adventuring in our future and I can't think of any better place to get equipped to carry the toys than from Rack Attack.
