“I ordered online Baseline towers, clips and round bar adapers (existing round bars) for a new GMC Canyon. Everything arrived from 2 locations in Toronto to me (near Ottawa) the next day. Pretty incredible. The box was missing the Yakima torque screwdriver but Rack Attack Ottawa had one for me right away. That's a Yakima issue, not Rack Attack, so all in all, well done. RA staff in Ottawa were great, both on the phone and in person.”

“Website was easy to use for online shopping with needed info being easy to find. Also, personal communication in regards to delays due to backordered stock was prompt and thorough, both at time of purchase and when items were finally available to ship. Great work all around!”

“Superb experience from the Rack Attack store in Ottawa. Due to COVID restrictions I could not go to Ottawa so they helped me get the correct parts as well as work with headquarters to get everything I needed sent to me. The order arrived in 3 days! All installed without a problem.”

“I'm sorry to put a 2. The person who helped me on the phone was sooooooooo nice so I can't be mad. But I'm pretty frustrated that my bike rack got sent to Toronto instead of Squamish and now I don't know when I will get it. I sold the one I had, thinking that I'd be receiving my new one within days. I ride my mtb everyday so having to put my dirty bike in my VW golf sucks!”

“What gives them five stars for me is the customer service. The in store staff were extremely helpful in selecting the parts I needed. Then, after there was an issue with my order, they reached out and helped to address the issue without me having to escalate anything. Great experience!”
