“Everything arrived in less than a week and in great condition. They mistakenly sent me the wrong lock core among my 3 items purchased. A short call to them quickly and easily solved the issue with no hassle! They nicely shipped the correct lock core at no additional charge. I very much appreciate how a business handles mistakes. I plan on continuing to shop at Rack Attack and recommend them to anyone I hear is looking for a bike rack.”

“very quick and polite on phone, shipping charges to get one key mailed out way toooooooo much..........could of used diffrent options i work in retail and service is part of the the deal.. could of just put in envelope and sent out in reg mail for around $2.00 but i guess in covid times we need to pay more for someone to do their job....”

Hi Rick, Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the shipping charge. As we've had issues with lost mail before, we opt in for a more secure option to mail the keys out. We are looking into ways to develop a system that would offer other choices on the website. Best, Blaze, Rack Attack
