“While by mistake I was shipped an item not compatible with my car model, the oversight was quickly dealt with by sending a new item at the same time providing a return label for the unused item. Furthermore I appreciated the follow ups to ensure that as a customer I was fully satisfied. Good job and excellent customer service.”

“C’est la première commande que je fais à Rack Attack et je tiens à dire que j’ai vraiment apprécié le service après-vente et les communications avec le personnel de l’entreprise. C’est clairement un service 5 Étoiles aux consommateurs. En plus, ils ont envoyé ma commande rapidement après mon achat et je l’ai reçue le surlendemain: c’est la livraison la plus rapide que j’ai jamais vue!!! Le matériel reçu est fidèle à la description sur le site et le site est vraiment très bien fait, toute l’information dont on a besoin s’y retrouve.
