“I found it kind of confusing to find the right rack that would fit my specific car, but once I spoke to the live agent it went better. Shipping was fast but I got sent the wrong color crossbars, so now I am waiting for my new ones to come and I need to send my old ones back, which is a bit of an inconvenience.”

“The purchase was efficient, delivery was prompt and I am initially happy with the Saris rack. First impressions are great so Rack Attack has done their job well. Time will tell how well the Saris rack works in the long term but the quality, ease of assembly and installation are all great so off to a great start.”

“Ordering process was spot on. Only issue is the cardboard box was pretty much destroyed when it was delivered. Someone had to wrap it in stretch wrap to keep it together but the product inside was not damaged.”

“First time ordering from Rack Attack, picked up the Yakima handcuff cable lock for my Yakima Rideback 4 bike rack. It was priced right I placed the order on 3/21 and it was delivered on 3/25 just as my email updates went. Will be ordering from Rack Attack in the future.”
