“I had tried ordering a similar product last year from another company and it did not arrive after five months; I eventually had to cancel; Rack Attack was recommended to me by a friend and this was a much more professional option. The online ordering process was very easy; the "staff pick" assisted me with narrowing down the best purchase option based on my type of vehicle and the delivery process was extremely fast and reliable.”

“Joined the waitlist for an out of stock item. A couple weeks later I got a call from Rack Attack that there was availability on the west coast and that they should ship one to me. It arrived a few days later! Excellent customer service!”
