“I am revising the following review as customer service took care of my issue and is even going to reimburse my shipping expense. Great customer service! Previous review stated, "I ordered online for a Yakima bike rack lock. A different Yakima product came and the shipping was over $15. I called and the rep said the part I requested over the phone is not available and I should come into the store. I would have liked to have known that before getting the incorrect part shipped."”

“I brought the rack in to you shop last saturday to have someone help build and install it. I don't know the name of the guy who helped me but he was awesome. He was wearing a sweet Yakima shirt. Long ago my dad imported Yakima to Canada so I knew he was a dude. I don't think I'm even spelling Yakima right so you probably don't believe me. Anyway, he was a tall thin guy. 1 million thumbs up to him. He put the rack together fast and explained it well. I was very impressed. Will be back for more racks or the extender at some point. 5 out of 5. Thanks!!!! Awesome work.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of Yakima clips from Rack Attack but they only had 1 at that time. They sent me the one and a month or so later they sent me the other. I was wondering if they would be able to track that and they did. Way to go Rack Attack!”

“The Exo base kit had a pricing discrepancy when initially purchased, but thinking it would be a dead end asking for an adjustment, I did & to my surprise the customer service folks did what was right & refunded the discrepancy in full. Blaze James, you ROCK!”

Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. The EXO SwingBase is a bulky item with higher shipping costs and extra attention required with packing to ensure it reaches our customers in mint condition. We did investigate your comments when you ordered, and thanks to you, we started using a cheaper shipping option, which allowed us to reduce the shipping cost down to $75.
